I just bought my Tacoma at the end of February and I swear my a/c was so cold that I would have to actually raise the temp on the lowest setting otherwise I'd be freezing. Now I have it on the coldest setting, full blast all the way on level 4 and it still doesn't cool that well. I scheduled a service appt. but wanted to run it by you guys and find out if anyone else noticed this? I saw someone had experienced a leak in their a/c system and I have yet to check but will do so shortly. Anyone else come across something like this?

Output temperature is dependent on the condensor temperature.
Increase of 20 degrees outside = increase of AC output temp.
Changes in humidity will also impact it. Humid air can not carry as much heat away and the unit will run warmer.
It's more noticeable in the Doublecab trucks. The system is really sized more for the access cab.

My access cab freezes me out in full summer in South Carolina. >100 degrees and 98% Humidity. Sorry about yours. It could be a leak... Warranty.
