Front bull bar with mounted light bar. Cube lights mounted at top corner of hood. 3” lift with 33” toyo a/t.
I have a problem with my brakes locking around tight uphill turns. Here is the story. Any advice?

    I have a 2013 Tacoma TRD Sport (4x4) with a 3” lift and 33s.

A few weeks ago, I was going up a freeway on-ramp and a really weird thing happened. My brakes locked and it pulled me to the outside of my turn. Pretty rattled at first but thought it was a one time thing. It Didn’t happen again for a few weeks until last weekend I went up to big bear to do some off-roading. As I was going up the 330, my brakes did it again, and again, and again, locking and attempting pulling me either into oncoming traffic or off a cliff. I had to stop. After a quick inspection of my brakes, everything seemed fine so I continued up the mountain at a much slower pace. I made it back fine and now it’s time for me to fix it. I am a college student with not enough money to take to a shop to have them take a look. Have any of you experienced this before and know how to fix it? Any help will be appreciated.

The ABS on these trucks is very sensitive sometimes. Maybe try the ABS disable mod?

There is a re calibration procedure that can be done I think. Forget how. Do a search on here. Seems to be a common enough thing after lifting these trucks
