I am adding cruise to my 2013 Tacoma Base 4x4 Auto 2.7. I have the cruise switch installed, with ground, and my truck is not pre wired for cruise. I’m wondering where do I go from here ? I see multiple videos, but they say each model is different as to where to hook up to ECU, and I haven’t found my specific model. I’m understanding there needs to be 2 wires ran in addition to the cruise switch. Thanks for any help.

Seeing that you have an automatic, only two wires are needed from your spiral cable (cruise switch), ground and the wire to the ECM which is brown/white and it goes to pin 14 of ECM connector E22.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Welcome to TW Arky!

What @HAVOC said is perfect, and the diagrams are very helpful.

I also have a 2013 Regular cab 4WD automatic transmission and I added a Rostra cruise kit. Here’s a PDF instruction file.

It’s pretty straightforward, and it’s nice having cruise control.
