2013 Tacoma DCSB 4x4 TRD Off Road TT Wheels

I am selling my house and moving into an apartment out of state, so I've decided I won't need a truck bed as much as I could use an SUV. Therefore, my Tacoma is for sale. The truck has been meticulously cared for and the details are below:

2013 Toyota Tacoma
Body: Double Cab, Short Bed (5')
Color: Magnetic Grey Metallic
Equipment: 4.0L V6, Automatic, 4x4, TRD Off Road package (Locking Differential & A-Trac), Tow Package, back-up camera, touchscreen radio w/ bluetooth phone and audio, fog lights
Mileage: 31,xxx (daily driver)
Modifications: FJ Cruiser Trail Teams wheels, BestTop roll up tonneau cover, Weathertech floor liners (have the carpets), Toyota bed mat. Windows tinted at purchase by dealer. Ram mount integrated into HVAC controls.

Comments: I'm the original owner, purchased in October 2012 from David Maus Toyota and maintained there as well. Oil was changed to Mobil 1 synthetic at 1700 miles and has been used since. Truck has been off pavement 3 times--twice in Ocala National forest camping and once on St. Augustine Beach. Stock BFGoodrich Rugged Trail tires have plenty of life left. Washed once a month or more often as needed, waxed every six months. Body is perfect--I am the guy parking in the back of the lot at Publix, work, etc.

Regarding the mileage: I served in the Army National Guard with a unit in North Georgia, so at a minimum once a month I put at least 800 miles on the truck going to drill. I also have family in the Atlanta area and this was the vehicle my wife and I used for travel around the holidays. I understand the mileage is higher for a 2013, but it is legitimate "highway mileage" as they like to say. On that note, I can hit 19 mpgs pretty easily on the Atlanta-Orlando trip, and have squeaked out 20 mpgs once, cruising at 75. This truck has been good to me, looks gorgeous, towed my jon boat and a uhaul trailer just fine, and is easy to drive in tight areas. I'm sure it will run forever if the next owner takes care of it.
