    Okay guys this might be a long shot but I just purchased a 2013 Tacoma base model regular cab. I noticed that the fog lights were not working so I changed the bulbs and still nothing so I go the fuse box and nothing I've checked voltage at the socket and it's showing nothing traced wires and still nothing. (When you push switch in cab the green light come on.)I'm hoping somebody had had this issue before.

    My 2014 has a different switch, and yours being a base model, I don't think they came with fogs. So I'm thinking someone added them and there's probably a wire incorrect somewhere

    It's just strange because I can't find a fuse or relay anywhere

    In trucks with them OEM, there's a secondary fuse box next to the big one

    This post showing the fog anytime mod, the blue relay is the fog relay
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2012-foglight-anytime-mod.186818/#post-4041572

    Which confirms to me it was added after the fact. Take the dash panel apart and chase the wires, figure out what they tapped. It might have been something strange. When I did my anytime mod I accidentally used the AC fuse which meant they only worked when the AC was on

    You have the headlights on low beam, correct?

    With OE wiring this is the only way they work

    On some years this was where the fog relay was

    I agree. Someone has added them or been into it before. The switch is also upside down. Which makes no difference.

    Here is my OE Switch. 887F9197-76E1-431D-917B-21EAA9A6CEB4.jpg

    Your fog light button in from the 4runner/fj
    Someone definitely added that and probably removed something when it was sold. Someone was selling a kit to add that button so it lights up when on. I would pop that switch out. Very easy to do take out change cubby and reach up and pop it out. There may be a wire thats not hooked up

    For the price you'd have to pay a dealer to correct the problem you could likely buy a set of Diode Dynamics and have real usable foglights with an easy wiring job.

    @memario1214 can set you up.

    Yeah I am going to guess that the boys above are on the right track. You almost assuredly have an aftermarket setup so you won't find anything in the fuse box (high likelihood anyway).

    Where I would personally probably start is outside at the fog lights. Follow the connections going from the housings and up into the engine bay. Find/confirm that they are in fact plugged into something. Ex - I see a red wire going up towards the battery in one of the photos. That might be the winner, and you might have an inline fuse or something that's blown.
