2013 Tacoma Price Inquiry

Gents,
Looking at possibly selling my 2013 Tacoma TRD Off-road. I wanted to get some input on what my truck is worth to guys like yourselves who know these trucks and love these trucks. I’m thinking $20-$25k
Here are the details..
160k miles, mostly pavement. No hard wheeling.
King suspension 3” lift
SPC UCAs
Add a leaf progressive leaf pack
Dura bumps on front.
Nitto Ridge grapplers 285/70/17
LCAs replaced a couple years ago with OEM.
CV axles replaced with OEM a few years ago.
Rad Rubber wheel well guards.

Clean truck. Around here you are in the ballpark. Check some of the online dealers to get a feel for the money in your local market.

here in cali....about $22k-$23k. great truck, but miles are up there.

Truck doesn’t look rusty but I need to see the frame to determine the amount of rust. Also, you going to sell the truck as is? Since you have an lifted off-road model, I always tell ppl here in Denver - sell the truck right after a big snowstorm & you’ll get more $$$$

Put the truck for sale in your local newspaper. The guys that read it will have the money you want & wont be crazy’s off the net!!!

I dropped $24 for a 2013 base stock 4x4 with less miles (110K) and a nice topper in similar cosmetic condition. One owner, plenty of service records and with Michelin tires obviously not off roaded. They’re not making any more of these.

As a gun collector I realized long ago that sometimes the deal isn’t the price but the fact you can get it at all.

 

Is your truck a long bed? If so you should ask for more because of that

--That is the truth! The dealership I worked at would keep an eye on weather forecasts and if snow was predicted, all of the 4x4 trucks and SUV's would get moved to the front rows of the used car lot as we were located on a high traffic avenue. People in Colorado will pay stupid amounts of money when the weather gets bad.

 

Forgot to mention, I would also advertise on CL in Utah and Colorado as well. BTW, that's a nice looking truck!
