I've been having a difficult time determining the name or model of the touch screen audio deck in my vehicle. I was initially trying to look it up to see if I could apply any firmware/software updates to it. I'm assuming that's probably not possible after everything I've seen so far, but I first wanted to determine exactly what type of touch screen model I have if someone can help?

When looking at the manual it mainly references an Entune with or without Navigation and a JBL package option, which I'm almost positive I don't have either since I don't have navigation built in, nor an "Apps" button, and I don't see a "JBL" logo anywhere.

    What I DO have
    Bluetooth
Answer/End Bluetooth Call Buttons on Steering Wheel
USB and AUX port below AC controls

    What I DON'T have
    Navigation
    APPS button
"JBL", "XML" or "HD Radio" labels

Would this audio deck just be considered the stock version? Is there a certain name or model number for it? Any help is appreciated.

Appreciate the reply but I've reviewed many articles like this where it appears that you have to have an Entune specific model to do those operations (I don't have an APPS button and doesn't work with my AUDIO button). And on the Toyota site it says there's no update for my multimedia unit so I'm pretty sure mine doesn't have any sort of Entune package.

This all goes back to thinking it's not possible to update with this lower level unit but if I could figure out the type/model I do have then I could do some deeper research, if anyone happens to know?
