2013 tailgate cap/protector for atv ramps?

Hello I am trading my 2008 Tacoma in for a 2013 Tacoma and was wondering what can I do about the tailgate when loading my atv into the bed both trucks have a factory Toyota bedliner and tailgate protector but with the 2008 when I would load my atv into my truck I scratched the plastic up pretty good with my atv ramps is there anyway I can protect the new plastic on the 2013 tailgate? I was thinking some sort of rubber to or metal to protect the cap unless I can find some covers to fit the flat metal ends on the ramps any advice thanks Justin

 

You can try to find the steel tailgate protector a member here makes. You can install it on top of the plastic.
