Wired up my old ass amp and sub... Probably 10 years old now and still turning heads! Curious if i can get ********* to make a box for a 10" L5 so i can put it behind the rear seat...
    20150614_143358.jpg 20150614_143833.jpg
Amp is mounted under the driver seat
Sub is behind driver seat on the floor until I get a box that fits behind the seat.

UPDATE** I have upgraded from this setup

Don't buy Taco Tunes anything. They have a history of taking payments and not filling any orders or issuing refunds, answering their phone or email, etc. At best, it's a 50/50 chance of getting what you paid for.

Try Mr Marv on this forum instead.

Added some lights under the hood, and added some curtesy lights. Curtesy lights and bed lights are now hooked up to turn on when the doors open or when the truck is unlocked by remote. Lights turn off when truck is started or locked by remote.

Here is a video the lights turning on/off when the truck is unlocked/locked.

    Thank you!

That was just a "basic" layout. I explain that soldering and shrink wrap would be the best solution. I actually just used wire taps on all the LEDs and wrapped it with tape or used shrink wrap to waterproof/secure the connections. There is probably a "best way" to install the lights and connecting the wires but the way I did it works good. Wires are hidden (zip tied to existing wire harness) and all connections are waterproofed.

it's all good  best way (in my opinion .. and people will argue) is crimping with silicone or some kind of de-oxidizer wrapped in shrink wrap. I've been doing heavy industrial electrical work for 13 years

Yeah i like crimping also but i'm not sure where to get quality wire ends so I solder, and definitely shrink wrap everything! Plus shrink wrap makes the final product look nice, almost professional!

I'm definitely not an electrician by any means, i will have to hit you up if i have any electrical questions if you are up for it.

And if you know where i can get good wire ends for crimping, and some quality wire (solid copper core probably) off the internet for a decent price i would appreciate it.
