I really like Konvict KROG's Baja suspension setup since I also have a 2013 TRD Off Road and the same Trail Team wheels. It gives me an idea of what mine would look like. I'm also in the same boat with Tacomamba, VSA 7 year warranty which covers everything so I don't want to void the warranty. I would like to lift it a little but keep the parts Toyota TRD and under warranty. The Baja suspension seems like the best option. I do go off road up and down a mountain in my truck but no serious rock crawling.
I do like the Baja T|X Pro suspension and BFG T/A KO tires, but wasn't a fan of the two tone wheels, red color and decals. Plus I was going to upgrade the wheels/tires & stereo anyways, so I got running boards and a TRD Performance exhaust installed at the dealership. Seems like $1550 for a Baja Suspension Kit and installation from the dealership keeping it under warranty wouldn't be bad.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
There's a 600 $ dealer rebate or something like that when I was looking.

Thanks, I am very happy with it.

I don't know what the dealer charges to install it, I too have the platinum 125k from toyota and also a "lifetime powertrain" from the dealer that's supposed to be good anywhere.

Part of my reasoning was that I really liked the baja when I drove it and the other part was that I wanted to keep whatever warranty I could as well as there is no way that toyota can say the suspension mods caused any problems in the future. I installed the lift myself because I figured at 1550 bucks if the charge 600 to install it, that mkney can go to replace a broken shock etc (they are available individually) after the 12 month warranty expires (trd parts installed yourself 12 month warranty installed by toyota is remainder of factory warranty)

Also I have not driven a king or icon truck but I have toytec, OME, 5100, ready lift, spacers of different styles and lift coils on the trd shocks. As well as stock trd offroad, sport and sr5 trucks and as soon as I drove the baja package I knew it was my favorite but I did not want to spend 36k on the truck so I passed on buying it and I regretted missing out. Better now that I got it cheaper :)

Also I frequently take my truck off road and use it as a truck, but for now I avoid the rocks and I don't really wheel it hard, thays why I keep my old yota'S around that are cheap and easy to fix and don't mind a bruise or 100.

Also if anyone is interested I have been through a few different add a leafs and the one I have now is the best I've ever had and its also the cheapest. It performs very well especially for the price, $80

And anyone local to me in kansas who wants to install the baja suspension or a different suspension but needs help I can lend a hand.

I'm on my phone so I can't post the link for the add a leaf I use now but its in my build thread on the first post.
