Still have it. Haven’t drive it in a couple months since I got the Land Cruiser. Been back in it and still love it.

Are you running spacers on the rear for the shock relocation?

no! Clears the shock body just barely with the -25 offset. I had -12s before and they rubbed the shock body like crazy

That’s good to hear I’ve been on the fence about going this route because I don’t want to run spacers but now I might just take the risk

I feel you. I didn’t wanna run spacers either. So far so good. Might barely kiss it when flexed all the way but other than that no. C21E5A04-459F-4CE5-8F8A-29D1CE6A12E1.jpg

It was a southern style off-road slim line or something. It was great no complaints, Didn’t weigh much.

Had my ball joints on my spc uca’s going bad. Instead of replacing the joints I thought I’d try something different. Went with the accutunes. Slapped them on and maxed out the lca cams to help clear the cab mount a little better. Got them aligned and I have zero rubbing with the fenders cut and a cab mount chop in normal driving. Very impressed. Even reversed full lock. I have yet to wheel with them and I’m sure I’ll rub but it’s so much better.

Last trip before shocks needed to be rebuilt with about 40k on them and lots of weekends Offroad. Mud is always fun until immediately after when you realize you’ll spend forever cleaning it.

Had a very a boring week with the truck on jackstands while the shocks got rebuilt by accutune. Knocked out some maintenance and some cheap easy mods i wanted to do but never had the time. Drained only 5 quarts of oil instead of 5.5. Found a small oil leak on the passenger valve cover gasket. Will have to knock that out soon. To be fair the truck has 172k on it now and the only thing that’s failed was my clock spring on my horn, passenger cv axel seal and now a small leak. Not bad.

Super easy but helpful mod to keep your ac drain condensation from dripping all over your frame and skids. Toyotas don’t need any assistance rusting. There are very inexpensive ways to do this but I picked up a kit from vorra65 who machines these little reducer couplers and sends you hose. Kit is made in USA and very clean aesthetically. I had spare Toyota oem hose clamps that I purchased for another project but ended up being too small. Ended up working perfectly to secure the union to the factory condensate drain. Routed the drain just below the skid.

Got my rear smoothies and coil overs back from accutune and slapped them on. Put heat shrink on the hose clamps that secure the reservoirs for a cleaner look. Feels great to have it back. Truck rides nice and the adjustments with the dsc are great, especially if you’re not running a front sway bar. About 1100 bucks for a rebuild though so hopefully not for another 40 k miles IMG_7409.jpg IMG_7408.jpg

Last cheap easy mod because im addicted to tinkering now days. Diff breather mod, re routed up towards the filler neck. Again had spare Toyota Oem constant tension clamps that cleaned it up a bit.
