This whole waiting to send thing is killin me! Haha. Here in my family we usually give gifts early, like wayyy before Christmas. Then we have all day Christmas just spending time with family doing other things. I saw that a couple people have already sent their gifts, I just need an opinion, y'all think it's too soon or should I say f*** it and go ahead and send it? I really hope my giftee likes his gift. I know I would! It's practical, something for his rig when he goes on adventures/travels and everyone should have one. It definitely ain't recovery gear like I was thinking of getting and it ain't no knife either bahahaha!

I'm with you Jason. I would very much like to be able to thank my "giftor" so knowing who he (or she) is when it arrives would be cool.

I really do feel sorry for the cat the had to read through my post. They're not always the shortest and I'm pretty sure I've not mentioned anything I want. On top of that I've got little else on line...other then peeps with the exact same name as myself.

So, I am gonna try to make it easy. I'm not gonna be offended by any gift. I don't want someone to spend big. Anything is cool, especially if it's something unique to your local area....

Okay, kinda feel like a dick for doing that but I'm really struggling as the "giftee". I wanna make sure my dude likes what he gets...

Came in handy with my father in law..he enjoyed a beer now and then, but with the Alzheimers he really didn't need alcohol making him wobbly. Just hand him an O'Douls and he was happy.

Just stalked my guy a little and I'm pretty sure I know what to get him. Now I have to time it right to get him the gift I want. This is going to be fun since I'm actually interested in what he likes.

Also wanted to mention you guys might want to log out when stalking. That way if you go to their page it won't say in the recent visitors portion who has been there.

    best wheel bearings around! www.marionbumper2bumper.com
It's not really that difficult. You just pin their little wings between your fingers and the tip of your nose, with their face pointing up, and inhale. Be careful though! If you inhale too deeply you will pull them right from their little wings and suck them into your lungs... *cough*

Or just open a private browser. Faster and easier there because when done you just close that browser!

I have a thought, and want to throw this out there to you guys in general. I have an idea of a gift, but instead of it being bought, it would be a free cost mod for them. The actual cash value of said mod is $100. What do you think? A purchased gift, or a mod gift?

That stuff is impossible to find! My dad and I used to get boxes of 550 for less than $10. Now, the only thing we can find ANYWHERE is boxes of 50.

Oh, here's a hint. I have a wheel bearing going out... There is someone a few posts up from me who does some wheel bearing work, and may or may not have some sort of "gift card".....

I think that's an awesome idea. IMO this whole thing is about getting something fun and nice for the person, not spending money. If it will help the guy/girl out, then go for it. Also I received a hand painted picture of my 4runner the first year I did it, so it shows people don't always buy material gifts.
