I don't see what the problem is with not having enough post. My giftee has 10 million post of bullshit that didn't help in any of my decision making. I didn't even read any of his post. I looked at his truck and said, this will set it off and will definitely be useful, so I bought it. Plus I got him something that's local to my town only. If your giftee doesn't have a lot of post or has almost everything for their truck, send them one of those prepaid visa gift cards and you're done. They can get what they want. Y'all are making this harder than what it is lol

You know everyone bitches about not finding what to get people. What I got last year, a pocket knife, flashlight thingy (I attach it to my dog at night) two of those 550 cord key chains and a shit ton of cookies. I use them all and love the cookies.

I think a key to a mans heart is thru his stomach. Can't go wrong with that. And who would really be upset if they got a pocket knife and a flashlight?

 

doesn't matter if they post a lot or a little. some people just browse the forum and don't really post much. i know i am one of those people, but i still enjoy the forum. if you can't figure out something go to an army navy surplus store or bass pro and grab some stocking stuffers.

 

Agreed. Post count shouldn't matter. I had Susan last year, she's got plenty of posts yet I still couldn't figure out the perfect thing to get her. So I went slightly generic and she still seemed happy with it. Secret Santa doesn't have to be super fancy or a crazy gift. Wen it comes down to it I would be happy if whoever got me was to get something for my 5 year old if they can't figure out something for me.

 

Like I said before, I was in this to give a cool gift. I don't really care bout what I get. If it's useful then trust me, I'll use it lol. If it's food, then I'll eat it. If it's beer, I'll sure as hell drink it lol. I'm easy to please but I'm not in it for what I'll get. I think I gave an awesome gift. I wanted one for the FJ but being I don't have a swing out tire carrier or a good spot on my roof rack, buying myself one will have to wait. Luckily my giftee has a bed rack and it'll easily bolt to it (might need slight modifications but nothing major).

 

I hope Santa brings me something good. I paid a lot to be on the nice list

But I'm more interested in seeing what my gift recipient thinks of my gift on December 2nd! It's a good one

 

Speaking of that, my giftee should be getting their gift TODAY. Everyone in the south east check your doors for presents when you get home.

 

My giftee won't get his main gift til 12-4

 

Finally got paid and was able to get my person's stuff today...feelin' generous this year!

 

Should have everything ready to ship either 12/3-12/4. I'm pretty excited to see what they think of it

 

My persons gift was sitting on the porch last night when I got home. Going to try and send it out Monday.

Glad it got there. I bought those exact ones when I got my winch as have used both since. They are great. Glad you like them. Make sure to grease the snatch block before you use it, I think they ship dry.
