My afr is 11.9 @wot. Would a 2.85 pulley and afe stage 2 get me in the 13? How much of a difference afr wise does pulley and intake make?

In boost, the AFR should be between 11:1 - 11.5:1 for safest operation. Definitely not in the 13's. That is far to lean.

You must have a newer version of the scangauge2. Mine reads no richer than 12:1.

I suggest getting an AFR gauge first. Then you can more accurately determine w hat the AFR's are for future modifications.

My scanguage 2 is about 2 years old. I removed it from my excursion when my wife rolled it. My supercharger was just installed about 1.5 months ago. So maybe I have the latest tune.

Yes. The sensors forward of the cats, on either bank, are WRAF sensors. Wideband Ratio Air Fuel.

    Post cats are O2 sensors.

You're already on the lean side at 11.9. You don't want to go any more lean that that, I'd guess. The only way to know for sure would be to observe your vehicle under load while listening for knock. They all have different knock thresholds and usually lots of folks stay well on the rich side to avoid detonation. Generally speaking, the more boost you throw at it, the more rich you'll want to go to keep it safe (within reason). If you're going to be running some sort of off the shelf map that accompanies the pulley, or if the stock ecru and maf can accommodate (no idea here)you're probably ok. but the manufacturer of the pulley would certainly know.

A "goal" of 13/1 afr will absolutely not have the results you are hoping for.
...unless you want a grenaded motor.
