    me likey!
wonder if the Tacomas front end will follow suit?

remember...people were hating on the 2012 front end when it first came out.
I think change scares people. lol

I like it. Every time a vehicle gets a facelift, there are a bunch of people saying it's hideous. Then everyone wants one after they get used to it. If you watch YouTube videos about it, there are a ton of people saying it's hideous lol.

Hopefully, the price will go down alot on the older models and I can pick up a used 2010/2011 on the cheap for my wife. She really likes the white ones.

It does look very Lancer-ish. Its going to be a challenge to make a plate bumper follow those lines.
And for some odd reason it reminds me of the vacuum from "The Brave Little Toaster" hahaha

I think its because majority of people want to justify with themselves that their current model is still the best-looking around (for those that have current or previous 4Runners). Same thing with Tacoma owners. Many 1st gen owners claim their look best, 2nd gen owners claim theirs look best, and inside each generation there are even more levels, like people who think their 97 Taco looks better than 01-04 models, etc.

I don't normally like to knock on new vehicles since I give myself time to try and appreciate new aesthetics, but I haven't been a big fan of 5th gen 4Runners since they came out: too big and blocky for me. But damn I'll admit, once lifted and armored up, they look damn fine, but the amount of people who have done that are few, compared to 3rd and 4th gen owners it seems, by what I see on t4r.
