    I do some welding myself. But if it's a structural thing, I get a friend to do it. Very good licensed welder.

    Speaking of tires and bumpers, you going to run glass at all?
    If your tires are going to stick out (which looks cool by itself) you could throw some fenders on. Really makes the truck stand out up in the north here.
    Just remember the bumpers might have to be wider to accommodate fiberglass

    Nah I can't run glass, they'd get smashed. Not a huge fan of them either, they only look good on some rigs

    Anyone regear with their 6 speed? I'm thinking 4:88 might be too low with 35s. The engine rpm at 60-70mph is already fairly high. 4:56 may be the way to go? Any input? Or I could be overthinking it.

    Just did some math on it.

    Auto tranny final OD gear ratio- 0.72:1
    6 speed 6th gear ratio- 0.85:1

    Daisy sits at 0.72x4.88= 3.51

    If I put those gears into this 6 speed..

    0.85x4.88= 4.15

    0.85x4:56=3.87

    0.85x4.10=3.49

    So to bring the post final drive ratio close to what daisy is(seems ideal). I'd have to go with only 4:10s. Which isn't that far off from the stock 3:73 gears.

    Let's get some input

    allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
    4.88's with a six speed is good for 37's or bigger. To low gearing for 35's

    Haha that is one option! But I can't molest such a new truck like that.

    As much as I'd love to.
