No, not a lift per say. You mean like a factory high boy, right? Toyota offers TRD off road suspension that does ride a little higher. There are stiffer rear leaf springs that Toyota would put on (called the TSB springs). But the nominal ride height are all about the same within a 1/2" or so.

What he's selling is a TRD suspension that has coil spacers on it. That will lift the truck but isn't going to provide any more wheel travel or anything other than a higher ride height. He's not showing the rear leaf springs.

Ten 4 that's kinda what I thought..... Still prob worth the cash for the almost new shock and spacers I would think right?

Since it's low miles and doesn't look beat up or rusty it's probably worth $150. The TRD suspension is an improvement over the standard suspension, Bilstein shocks, etc. Personally seeing coil spacers would worry that it may have been abused, but hard to say.

By the looks of it he went with a 6" lift because he's including the spindles and stuff. On my old truck I had an extra set of all the parts, actually salvaged from someone who cut off his IFS for a solid axle. Turns out having things like that is nice for when you do a major overhaul, you can paint and prep everything (e.g. new bushing already pressed in the control arms, ball joints and tie rods chased and anti-seized) ahead of time and literally rebuild your whole front end in a day.

So I got all the stuff.... It's toyotec coilovers..... What it looks like anyways.... How much lift will the give me over stock ride height on my 06 access cab 4cyl 5 speed. I want to run a little bigger tire I've seen a couple options in a 275/70-17.... Or either a 255/75 don't wanna go to a 285 bc it's wider and heavier!!

I'm gonna do the swap one evening or this weekend..... If y'all would look it has a aluminum cool spacer with te bolts held in it.... And also another spacer on too that is loose.... Do both of these go on there before the strut tower? Should I take the one loose spacer.... About .5" out? Or leave it in? I plan to do aal in the rear in not to long..... I appreciate all the help just new to this Toyota stuff.... I come from torsion bar setups

If the pic above is what you bought then I don't think you bought Toytec coil overs. You bought factory Bilsteins with a spacer lift on them.

You're going to need something for the rear or you're going to have some bro-lean.

The big spacer in the assembly preloads the coil, giving lift and making the ride firmer. The small spacer that's loose goes on top. It will yield twice it's height in lift. My only concern is that those struts are not valved for preloaded coils which will shorten their life expectancy significantly. Expect to replace them in the next few years.
