Hmm where did this come from?
Looks like he doesn't realize that they're only made 3 times a year per my agreement with Toyota.

Currently shipping all emblems from the batch in November.

Are the Model T's shiny black and silver like shown in the first picture? And do you have any in stock? Gonna put some super strength 3m tape on the back of it. And put it directly on to my mesh grill. Thanks let me know if you have any

Hey Andres, I need to get mine redone the clear coat has white deposits under it after seeing winter last year and is kind of flaking off in different places. What kind of money am I looking at and turn around time? Oh and it's one of the polished and clear ones.

Model T's are not too shiny, they have more of a semi-sparkly black finish very subtle and a brushed aluminum look for the logo. I have some Model T's in stock right now.

I can get that emblem done in the next batch in March. Perhaps the snow is making it flake like that, not 100% sure. Getting your emblem re-polished and clear coated will be $12, $5 service charge and shipping both ways. You will need to mail it by the end of February so I can send it to get the clear coat stripped first, send it for polishing and getting the clear coat later. Please keep in mind that I don't do the polishing or powder coat, I send it to a shop for this service so I'm tied to doing this along with all other emblems from the next batch.

Had a few guys asking about the horns these last couple months. Told em where to find your link. Horns are looking good with the paint I put on them last year.

From this pic it looks like it sticks out a lot - and doesn't quite fit the factory space. Is this true of the 2nd gens too? Or is that emblem too big for that grill?

you have to remove the factory Rodeo Hat (T), and mount adaptor plate to emblem plate to grill

This looks like a 2005-2010 Tacoma, therefore the emblem is the Small Model T emblem. the oval of the grilles are not quite flat, they have a curved splined on opposite edges (just think of the way a potato chip is curved). Since this is the case I made the mid bracket so you can place the mid bracket to the grille and attach any other emblem that I make.

Yes, the emblem will stick out a little but consider that the mid bracket is only about .350" thick, that's less than 3/8" for those who know fractions. I wouldn't make it any thinner than that because you also need to take into account that you need a certain thickness for the threads to hold that mid bracket.

    Feel free to discuss

there can't be a "flush" fitting, it is simply impossible because the oval of the grille where the emblem sits on is not flat. A lot of people think it is but go and look at your grille, it's what we call a 3D spline or a "potato chip" curve where it curves in opposite direction around the oval.

Mid bracket is less than 3/8 thick so it can't be sticking out too much.

    Andres,

Your punisher skull emblem. Does that mount like a mid bracket model T?

If so is it too late too order for this batch. I was a little confused on the dates.

    thank you

EDIT: Never mind just found out the answer to my question on your website.

No problem, feel free to ask.
You'll only need the mid bracket if you wish to install the emblem onto an original Toyota grille.
