2014 - Morimoto retrofits - will not turn on? Help troubleshoot!

Hey guys. So 5am this morning I hop in my truck to head to work, and quickly realize I have no headlights.

They are retrofit morimoto h1 projectors I got from a group buy here years ago (k54 lighting)

So I'm not an electrical guru by any means. I do have a multimeter.

So far I've visually checked all fuses. DRLs work. Blinker indicator, high beam indicators all work on dash (I've read if those are not working it's a grounding issue).

I don't necessarily hear a "clicking" from my drl #4 relay, but it's hard to tell. I do hear a clicking up inside my engine bay, but doing this myself it's also hard to tell where it's coming from. I believe the relay works as the drls do shut off when I engage the headlights.

Any help would be appreciated!
