2014 NCAA Football Thread

Everyone questions why we did start out with the run. Probably should have but u can't fault the play calls. Guys were open. Easy TDs. Dylan overthrows one and Shaq drops another.

I think not only did we play down to vandy, they played up to us. For some reason Vandy plays like it's the damn Super Bowl every year against Carolina. They won't play that "good" again this year.

If Carolina can just iron out some of the stupid stuff (blatant blown coverages, whiffs on tackles, fumbles) they can be in every game with a chance to win. Our offense is as good as it's been since spurrier came if the OL blocks mad. I'm just really dissapointed in the DL. No pressure whatsoever.

 

Everyone better watch out for East Carolina! Wowzers!

This year is his chance.....we're more half assed than ever before. I would expect us to lose 2 to 3 more games.

 

I think it depends on how serious the program is about Clemson making a move into the "Elite". Clemson has been ranked in the top ten just once since he's been the HC.

 

I think Clemson's prestige has a lot more to do with how poorly the ACC is regarded their the programs strength....
If VT or Miami or both came back online for a few years in a row, without any change in FSU and Clemson, and we would magically be an Elite team.
