Caltrans traffic cams show a liiiiiittle itty bit of snow on hwy 80 at blue canyon, about 5000ft elevation. So Ice house might have some up a little higher. The turn-off for ice house on 50 is at just under 5000ft.

I didn't go I decided to wait until mon for boarding.I don't like that its raining at 7000' right now and that would suck to board in.I'm not sure we will see much snow up there tomorrow and it looks like its going to be raining like crazy.

Might be going to SJ tomorrow to the Winchester Mystery House. If there's a trip tomorrow though that I can make in my truck I think I'd rather do that.

So def. not going to SJ tomorrow; the tour includes an outdoor portion that we'd have to miss because of the rain. Gonna go another time. I'm in for a trip tomorrow; no mud though (Fernando). I don't want to have to wash my truck a whole bunch. I just got my bed shell and I'm not supposed to take it through a car wash or use high pressure water on it for 90 days.
