I bought mine a year and a half ago from ECGS. They sold them separately for $1000 then and for $900 when they were installing them into a clamshell with new gears.

I just checked their site and they sell them for $1041 individually and for $875 in an assembled third member.

    a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong day :D

met up around 730 i think along kane creek and we got back after the sun went down...

it was like 150+ miles i think round trip that day...a lot of the miles was from canyonlands back to moab..

coming from kane...the beginning is tons of fun coming from the floor up to the top...the middle section is long and slow..not hard enough for a good challenge but not smooth enough to go fast..the last part of the trail is flying through dirt roads and out to canyonlands

i'm going to split it up this time...do elephant hill in the morning then get maybe to the plane crash or a bit further in and find camp for the night

As we're getting pounded with snow in SLC today I am dying to get some sun and Redrocks STAT!!!

Bob, do you need trail leaders again or is it just easier to wing it and let groups take care of themselves? I'm happy to lead trails again if you need it and are wanting to organize/fill runs ahead of time.

for some of the larger/more popular trails, it'll be nice to have trail leaders and groups set up prior to the event... trifecta, kane creek, hells, fins, 7mile, moab rim, etc...

you've been a huge help with trail leader in the past, but if you wanted to sit back this year i can definitely understand...either way i know many of us look forward to wheeling with you one way or another..

with growing numbers every year, we'll need to constantly revisit this topic and we'll need to figure out the best way to handle trail runs...

there are tons of great trails that you can do that fit that criteria...so many great areas to explore

lots of easier trails on the north end of town that lead to some cool places...a bunch of easier canyon trails around the area as well..then east along 128 there are some really cool areas to explore
