    well there's drinking on the trail then there's DRINKING on the trail :D


    a beer or two here and there, say during a lunch break or at a long break in the trail is not bad, but keep in mind you're still operating a vehicle and have to drive back along city streets and highways to get to camp (or hotel)..

    everybody is different in how they wheel when at their local trails..

    we do not support drinking excessively or getting drunk on trails...it not only makes you look bad but makes the group as a whole look bad...save it for camp...when we're all at camp, bottoms up! :cheers:

    key is to be responsible out there, in the sense of staying the trail, leaving no trace, representing yourself and our group in a manner in which the community will not look badly upon us.

    Depending on when I can get out there, I may only have time to do trails that I have not yet done. But if a bunch of my Colorado buddies are running Kane Creek again, and I have Time to run that and some new trails, I will probably be in too.

    i was chastized a few times for the way i said i drink and wheel but you ran a trail with me and i didnt hear anything bad.

    I love Kane's and i feel i have redemtion on that trail after drowning last year but that can wait till i sas..

    i continualy drink and wheel as i go but it's in a closed container (you know to avoid spills) and i dont get wasted just loose. tward the end of the trail i switch to water to make sure the fuz cant take me to jail..
