    these supposed to have a higher load capacity than the dakar packs tho...not sure about expos

    interesting, Im interested to see what you get for weight capacity with the shackle flip, I gained some of my capacity back going to Ironman HD's but still wasnt even close to what I had before the shackle flip

    Custom body work/damage ARB rear locker Bumpers Shocks Other parts Tires and Rims Air tank fully plumbed into truck "Golf ball mod"
    Get some bumps on there BEFORE you screw your axle tubes up!

    When articulating the axle like in the pic, it clears the fenders fine but hits the bed a little. When fully stuffing both sides of the axle... well I don't have flares on anymore and I'm not sure if I will put them back on. I think I'm going to end up taking 2" out of the fenders unless I find a good way to pull them out a little, only need an inch or so.

    my expos on my taco give me at the tire 18" of flex (from full stuff to full droop) brady have you measured yours yet?? i know youre 16" at the frame..

    Articulating it I get about a 20" difference between the stuffed side and the drooped side. As for actual travel it is the 16" we measure between the frame and axle when the truck was on the lift. Miles better than the like 9" I had before. Haha
