2014 running boards fit on 2012..?

    I have my eyes on a set of used Access Cab running boards that came off a 2014 model (brand unknown at the moment)?

    Any chance they NOT fit on my AC 2012...?

    IOW, have the underbody mounting holes been pretty fixed across recent model years?

    The used ones I am buying do not look like these (factory?).

    More like the stainless steel with pad inserts.

    Seller offers to check fitment first, so I am safe.
