2014 Silver Access/EXT cab rear seats comfort advice?

so i am new on here, apologies. but does anyone know anyway to make the seats in the back more comfortable? i was curious about if i removed the center console in the front and back if that might help make it feel more open and comfortable. i have a 6 speed manual transmission. and was just trying to think of a way to make it more comfortable.

i tried looking through the forum to see if there was any threads about it but really the only threads i found were on removing them to make room for toolbox platforms and such.

 

Nope. AC not meant for long trip comfort, just fitting the person.
