I would contact a parts store first. Or a dealer. Or just go to the dealer.

Owners Manual for my 2013 2.7 indicate SK20HR-A11, which is the 3493. Looking at Denso's data, it doesn't appear to be any different from SK20HR11 (3421)

4704 (IKH20TT) is also listed by Denso as a match, the difference listed being it the ground electrode design is "platinum twin-tip"
5344 (IKH20) is also listed by Denso as a match, the difference listed being that the ground electrode design is "tapercut,u-groove"

Although I am not sure, I suspect the difference between the 3493 and 3421 is stock numbers to differentiate between plugs sold through Toyota dealers versus "regular" stock, even though you obiviously can get both in the retail market. If you want to be sure, get the 3493, as it is the A11.
