Hey Good Afternoon.. looking for some assistance

Truck starts and runs fine, so not so worried about the P1604 but the fix for P2443 is replacing the EGRV which are on back order from Toyota with only a back order- no indication on when this will be available. The code is from Bank 2 sensor.

The after market part and come in and it's not a match.

Any ideas? Any non-oem parts that will work?

The p2443 (secondary air injection switching valve stuck closed bank 2) has nothing to do with EGR (2nd gens have no EGR).
Sometimes the valves can be taken apart and cleaned but most of the time they must be replaced.
I know there's people that have used aftermarket parts with success but I have yet to have a problem with mine.
If you search for secondary air injection (or SAIS) on here there's tons of threads and info about it.

The p1604 (startability malfunction) is very common to see on Toyota's and is generally not a concern, it will not turn on the CEL or cause any issues. It seems to set anytime the truck doesn't start right away or starts and stalls.
