4 inch Tuff country lift with uni-ball UCA's, 2 inch spacers in the rear (for now) 16 inch method double standards with 33" Toyo Open Country MT's
I recently installed a 4 inch lift in the front and a 2 inch in the rear. I really liked the lift but have been worried about the CV's and CV boots wearing out. Before the Diff Drop I was experiencing slight vibrations while driving. So after giving it some thought I decided I would go ahead and install the diff drop. I started by checking the degree of angle on the CV's prior to the drop. Here's the numbers
    Driver side: 11.8
    Passenger: 11.9

Numbers after the diff drop are:
    Driver side: 10.0
    Passenger: 10.1

Diff drop made a 1.8 degree difference and the vibrations went away for the most part. I'm happy with the results and think that almost 2 degrees is a good difference. Also helped the Inner CV boots a lot as well. Still planning on sliding the boot 3/8 of an inch. Before you listen to everyone saying the diff drop does nothing on a 2nd gen try it. I noticed a difference not just in numbers.
