Hello Tacoma World! This is my first time using this platform and I have a question... When I call someone or they call me and I use the hands free, the person I’m talking to says that my voice has a lot of static, sounds like I’m in a wind tunnel, or they just can’t hear me. I’ve gone through the settings in the Entune radio while talking to someone and they say it sounds better and then it goes back to the problem again. Nothing I’ve done seems to help. I can hear the person talking just fine. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have and it’s the same on my wife’s phone as it is mine. I have an iPhone 6s and she has an iPhone 7. I’ve tried to locate the microphone but have had no luck.

Go to Toyota.com com and look up your phone on the compatibility list.
If it’s not on the list for the year / radio/ model/ etc then you will have problems.
Even though it may work may not work well.
Overhead console between lights will have 3 slots. Mic location.

By the way there is a software update for those radios.
Doesn't mention anything about a mic issue but who knows..
