Have you confirmed the wheels have the correct hub bore? these trucks don’t like those oversized wheel bores where that meet the hub.

My guess is wheel spacers are throwing it out and tires need a good road force balance.

    Too many to remember
Go get your tire balanced using a hub centric balancer... this is different than a lug centric balancer that most shops use. It will fix the problem... I chased exactly what you are describing for months until I found out about the different types of balanceing and the problem was fixed

Are they stock wheels or aftermarket?

I did the differential bushing, as well as Hunter road force balance, using lug adaper. It seemed to almost solve the problem. I was still getting small amount of steering wheel vibe. What solved it for me, was going to stock 30 psi tire pressure. If I go to 35 psi, I get vibes. Try that and see if it helps.

Update on the vibration. My wheel spacers were not hub centric so I ordered and installed a hub centric pair of wheel spacers for the front. I also installed the CB drop kit and took it to Toyota to get a road force balance. The road force balance seemed to help but did not eliminate it completely. The mechanic there said he has seen this issue a few times and his truck also has this issue. He seems to think it’s caused by any wheel spacer used on the gen 2 Tacomas. I guess I’ll just deal with a slight vibe‍♂️

There no spacers on the rear? If so those also need to be hub centric. Glad it’s better.
