My 2014 Tacoma transmission feels like the brakes are on when I let off the gas and then releases when slowed down to about 10 mph. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it may be normal operation, the PCM shuts off fuel during decel and will progressivly downshift the transmission as you slow down.
