    Good afternoon,

I am trying to figure out if I need anything in addition to the Bilstein 5100 shocks series leveling kit. Not sure if I need the springs as well in addition to the leaf springs. Any suggestions?

    Cheers!

This is a common question. Discussions all over the place here. If you use stock springs it will have some preload...this will cause rougher ride than getting aftermarket springs. I'm far from an expert but do some searching and you'll find tons of info

over in the suspension board there is this one

This one was started yesterday and has some interesting points as well

For an extra $160 I opted for a pair of the eibach springs, and I'm happy with the decision. However, there are tons of folks who just reused their springs. Nothing wrong with either decision. Comes down to how much money you want to throw at it.
