I hope I don't sound silly explaining this. I was highway driving long distance yesterday. 80-85F weather clear skies and windy. The wind was significantly gusting (left to right) across the highway and I would compensate by turning the steering wheel slightly to the left to keep traveling in a straight line. When I would do this I would hear a noise that sounded like a "kazoo" from the dash. It seemed to be coming from the dash glove box area. Almost like an alarm noise but quieter. It really surprised me, only had a duration of a second or two. It was hard to pinpoint but I do believe it occurred when I steered against the wind. Any ideas on what this might be?
