2014 Wet Okole GB - ended

ya its pretty much ironed on, not stitched/embroidered.

 

Got My email confirmation last nite.
They did get my order wrong.
Wanted heated seats, they have me down for lumbar support. I will call them to get this rectified.
As far as the $30 for the phone call, it was because initially on the fence about a TRD logo, and when I called back I opted for it.
However, I was under the impression it was stitched in!
Iron on?!? Really?
Does it look cheap and is it durable? I am wondering.

 

precisionfit.com ships seat covers to APO for $28 and they are located in Anaheim, CA. so I still don't understand how the heck they come up with $50 when Wet Okole is also in CA. I'm gonna call them one more time today and see what they say when I tell them about precisionfit and the priority military mail for $15. Hopefully I can talk to someone different. this really blows cause i had plans to add the molle backing to the seats covers after I got them.

 

I'm in central time and it's just after 8am. What time (in my zone) can I call WO and place my order? 10am? I think I'm finally ready. I think..

I asked if I could take it to a local shop and have it embroidered and he said yes. I may do that instead.

interested in how well those "heat transfer" POS things stay on? $40 for an iron emblem is kinda steep, especially since they have to sublet to another location for it

 

People sell used ones on here and they still have the emblem on them. My buddy bought a used 2010 taco with these seat covers and the emblem is still on them fine. He is not a gentle person. I don't think much pressure is ever applied directly to them. They're pretty high up on the seat.

If y'all want a graphic, do it and stop worrying about it. -IMO

 

No problem. How well do they stick? Do they feel like a solid sticker or like a cheap sticker that could flake or peel off over time?

I have wetsuits with heat transfer logos that look brand new when the suit starts to fall apart. I wouldn't worry about it. They are not using iron ons that your mom bought at KMart, to put on blank tshirts, when you were a kid.

 

Jamie thanks for pitching in!! It does not surprise me that WO uses high qual products on their covers.

 

How much of a pain is it to call and add a feature after placing my order? I didn't see the sunglasses pockets when I was browsing earlier and want to add them.

 

So I got my problem figured out, instead of shipping them to APO I can have them sent to my friends house off post. I'm not sure why they didn't give me that option yesterday when I called, but the issue is resolved and my final price is $244. I'm happy now! they kind of got mad at me because yesterday they said to use an extension when I called back, but when I called it didn't ask what extension I wanted so I just started talking to another lady. Eventually I wound up back at the same guy I talked to yesterday and he said "the price isn't going to change no matter who you talk to, before orders ship they go through me". Well the price did change so his statement is wrong.

 

Ordered! He said to feel free to call back if I have any changes or questions and they should be at my front door in 3 weeks. Counting down to March 12th.
