I just looked it up myself and blue booked it. I didn't realize there's such a big gap in value between AC and DC. Makes me want to pick up an AC if I can find a good deal.

Sounds like a good deal. Got my 2015 Double Cab TRD Off Road for $24,900 I think with just under 60k miles in April

You’d be a dummy if you didn’t jump on a deal like that. Love my 15 no complaints whatsoever just annoyed with the air pump whoosh is all.

I did brakes at 50K because I was having wheel shake during braking. There was still plenty of pad material but had deposits for some reason. Quick pad change and cleaned the rotors and no more shake.

I know the 4Runner brakes are different from ours but I replaced that around 60-70K as it needed it.

I have heard 4Runners have miserable stock brake life. Like they need all four corners by 70k miles :notsure:

Two front brake pad changes so far @ 150K miles. That's not too bad though I think it's time for a 3rd front and rear this time around.

Tires were shot and brakes were near the end. This was found on the inspection by the dealer. They had to do it to re-sell it. The diffs were brought up because of the dusty condition where the truck came from. If the dealer wasn't going to do the diffs then I was. Most "normal" people skip on that stuff. I think I will still get to change the spark plugs in it.:bikewheelie:

My 15 with 41k has wheel shake at high speed. How did you clean the rotors?

Picking it up tomorrow night. I'll try to get a picture up then. I'll have to instruct her on how things work in the truck. She's coming from a Ford truck. She borrowed our Tacoma couple weeks ago and couldn't figure out how to use the windshield wipers. Of course that was the one day it rained here.

Wheel shake by itself at high speed is something else, most likely driveline vibration or tire balancing issue. Wheel shake during high speed braking is pad deposits which I lightly sanded the rotor with a pad sander.

They picked it up and she got rear ended by a BMW on the way over to my house. Slow speed but that BMW is messed up. Taco will need a rear bumper and exhaust pipe bent back or replaced. Not sure what other damage. I'll make sure when she gets estimates to check for frame damage. What a way to bring her into the Toyota world.:angrygirl::frusty:

I had to bend the tail pipe away from the mud flap. Looking at the picture of the BMW, the dude ran up underneath the Tacoma on his drivers side almost to his windshield. No proof of insurance and weaving in and out of traffic in fucking rush hour.
