Which radio do you really have?

There is an Entune Base model that has no apps, and the Entune Plus which has apps and HD radio.

Just want to be sure, because I would like to stream Heart Radio and such with my base Entune, without upgrading the radio to the Entune Plus app model.

I have the base entune, the top one in your post. I select bluetooth audio for the source. I can go on the phone and choose the app and it will play the audio out through the speakers, I beleive it defaults to the music app but you can just open Pandora or whatever on your phone and that will stream to the HU. Basically like when you use one of those bluetooth speakers with your phone. The only downside I can see is that you have to use your phone to control the app instead of the HU.

Nothing yet... I found one for ~$420 but haven't ordered it yet.

FWIW, I paid 170 for my OEM camera.

I took me 5.5 minutes to install because I inadvertently put one of the small torx screws where a big one belongs when I was putting the gate cover back on. Cost me an extra 30 seconds fixing that mistake. Other than that, the hardest part was the 45 seconds to unclip the plug from the blank because I did not want to break the plug clip and I went to get a small flat head to assist.

(According to the parts data) my camera came off a 2014 Tacoma with around 11K miles when it was sent to salvage. I feel like I could have found a salvage part for cheaper had I waited and searched more, or maybe called local yards, but I was thrilled to pay 170 for OEM shipped to me and be done with it. And now I have a spare tailgate handle (came with the camera) too!

For those of you with 14/15 base models that want to add the camera, I encourage you to spend a few minutes to ensure you are pre-wired, and then go the OEM salvage route.

Rubber floor mats and side steps ... yup
The traffic app is even worse than the weather app. Can't even zoom in to see anything. It's pretty pointless.

That's why getting the base and adding the camera is the cat's meow!

UPDATE! Not that anyone probably cares but I finally figured out why my hands free calling wouldn't work. Yesterday I was installing some new led off-road lights and was looking behind the dash at the switch install process. What do you think I saw? A mysterious plug dangling under the fuse panel. And what's this? A matching port for it? "What happens if I mate the two?" I wondered. Fearing the worst I plugged it in. The truck starts normally. Ok, everything seems fine.....I'm not sure why but my first instinct was to push the phone button on the stereo. Sure enough, it immediately prompted me to pair my phone. And now instead of being distracted by talking on my phone like a normal person, I get to be distracted by using my phone through my truck. Thanks for listening. Peace.
