Like his shading technique. His stuff is crazy. He free hands most of it.

Yeah, his shading is what drew me in. And I am seeing that his coloring accents are really cool. Which is awesome because I am a big fan of the black/shades. I may do red accents. My head is churning with ideas now.

 

Looks like he is getting into the biomech stuff too.

Have been watching him for a couple years. He has gotten better.

 

Alrighty then. Some updates, bought a house and now expecting my first kid in March (found out we are having a boy last week!) and the Taco is about to hit 50k miles today.

So house stuff is eating up basically all funds, so easy to drop $700 at lowes per trip and now can't do that on my truck haha. But some truck plans, I think I will pick up a new set of snow tires for it. I know the Cooper StMaxx's have really good snow ratings but I def prefer having designated snow tires. So probably order those mid next month or something.

Appointment has been made to get the NH Oil Undercoating done to the truck in two weeks. Local friend of mine his shop is a rep for them so for $200 for a Tacoma it gets the full on oil treatment. Apparently this shit is the bees knees and helps prevent all that North East rust. Figure I'd spend that in paint and shit to do the touch up so might as well just do this. So he sprays all the nooks and crannies and then even in the door jams and up all of the drain holes in the panels. So really should keep the truck as rust free as possible.

Other then that business as usual for the most part, just kind of preparing the truck and house for the winter

Well shit that would explain the crazy tool sale they were having today. Gonna be sad to see them close it.

I was having my alignment checked before the winter. Was off a hair so they got it back in shape

 

Going to get there in the next month or two.

Yeah Ken was still there. He did a kick ass job. Set the alignment up so it would stop the STMaxx known drift and not cause any tire wear
