Nice! I will be a few K more than that once it is all paid off. Still better transport than what it replaced.

My coworker just paid $90k for his. Is it cool? sure, but it's still a truck for gods sake. Oh that single guy no kids money is awesome. I guess.

Well that's pretty disappointing. Some more skid plates and different bumpers. Big whoop! Way to screw it up chevy. I'd rather have my taco and put in a front locker.

The front bumper looks much better on the Bison over the regular ZR2.

WUT. Even with demand premium and King county sales tax, I have no idea how you get a raptor to 90K. Did it come with a second BONUS Raptor?

No second but it did come with a leather covered kitchen sink. And maybe some dealer installed aftermarket parts.

I stopped watching when I saw the "sliders" that bolt on to the body of a model that only got protection upgrades. Why even bother with sliders if they don't bolt to the frame?

Edit: I also don't understand why the rear shock mounts are below the axle on these, seems like they could get hung up easily.

My coworker wants a raptor SO bad. I joke, but I'd honestly love to do it when I say "give me 70K and I'll BUILD you an LT F-150 that would kill a raptor any day of the week"

That thing would probably run circles around a TRD Pro. Looks sick.

The biggest problem is everyone was expecting a longer travel DSSV suspension and 33's. Beancounters took over and said bolt-ons only. Lotta hype over nothing.

I totally spelled axle wrong and didn't even notice lol.

Ya I get the disappointment in the new model but I meant in general, that seems like poor design even on the zr2.

As a beancounter with a rad truck, yeah we suck sometimes. :pccoffee:  <- Basically my entire job

But think of how much fun you have assembling your toy yourself rather than showing up with your Amex!

Yes but: What is the largest tire you can put on a stock Bison?

Unless they are rolling in cash that is a very poor investment and I question their priorities. Raptors don’t get you laid either because you can’t take gals on those tiny tight trails lol

For 70k I’ll make a Tacoma with 650hp and long travel suspension and still have 20k leftover

Tacomas here are similar. Only reason I got a new one. Could not touch a 5 year old with 50 to 75k miles for less than 30 before all the ttl fees ect. Saw a 2012 with 86k minor bumps bruises ( is a truck after all ) wanted 30 flat. Got mine new for not too terribly much more but still. Wouldn't budge on price at. He said that thing would be gone by the weekend and he wasn't lying. Drove by 2 days later it was gone.
