You should offer up that you are a member and we would give it off to you. We can not guess if you are a member or not.

That's not on them to know that. Asking them to make it right? They didn't make a mistake, you did. The 10% off or any discount that any vendor here does is a favor from them.

^^^^^ Preach!!!! They were super accommodating for me. I was fortunate enough to get on this last group buy. I was cutting it close as my wife and i were leaving on a trip on May 1. I called them and let them know what was up. They accelerated the process and sent my tent right away instead of waiting for the GB to be processed with no additional charge. We got the tent in the day before the trip and i was able to get it squared away before we left. The people over at CVT are good in my book!! Thumbs up

The mistake was mine no question. I let them know i was a tw member and not aware of the discount at time of purchase and will see what they say in the end. Will let you know how things go.

Here is my question the pre drilled holes dont line up on one side. Its off by more than two inches. To get this corrected i can only assume i will need to drill a new hole that lines up and plug the other hole. Anyone got some advice on this? 9ec7c6e0c706c2bcb91864f4c93655e2_fdccf158e5fbcd0bc048b301b39e5cb56607f4eb.jpg2ad29cd0d289826d2857816e971520e8_2bc3775209a949bfca930a439bece3fb3c4e9e6f.jpg

Drill the hole and then contact the supplier to have them either send you plugs or point you in the direction of where to get some. I would probably just goto the hardware store to see if they had a rubber plug that would work. That or use a bolt and rubber washer to temporarily fix it. Well, in a perfect world I would do that. In reality I would just say screw it and leave the hole open because its on the bottom of the tent and water won't magically gravitate up there.

After drilling the new hole so all will line up i may just use the old hole to run power for some led lights or something lile that.

There are a pair of bars that run the length of the tent that have brackets that slide along them. you tighten them down on your rack system or roof rack or bed rack to keep it in place. Its a lot less complicated than you would picture. I will get you pictures of my install tomorrow once I get longer bolts, the stockers wouldn't work with this custom bed rack I have. Stay tuned for pics of the process.

Use a piece of tape, cover the hole. I've drilled two sets of additional holes to mount mine in different spots to adjust it to my AP rack. Never had a problem.
