2015 Entune Audio Plus Issues

    I don’t remember the exact process, it took about 10 minutes and the rep was very helpful, but the radio stations and contacts were erased and had to be entered again so be aware of this beforehand.

    I can’t recall if there is a separate fuse for the radio but if there is have you tried pulling it out for 10 minutes then reinstalling it? I had to do that to the Kenwood stereo on my wife’s Pilot to get it to come back to life. I thought that system was the worst POS until I started dealing with the Entune system in my Tacoma. The voice recognition is hopeless and the GPS is a few seconds slower than what it should be. At least the software update fixed the issue of the unit freezing up when cruise control was in use.
