2015 Entune Issues

In messing around with my truck this weekend, I have discovered that my truck does not recognize any USB devices that are plugged into the port. I've tried both USB flash drives and iPods, but the USB option is not selectable under audio sources. I also have no option for Aux under the audio menu.

I've read that the stereos are only able to recognize Apple devices and flash drives that are formatted in FAT32 and contain only mp3/wma audio files.

What gives? Is there an update I need to do or something?

 

When you say "does not recognize" do you mean you plug one in and nothing happens? I assume you are selecting "Source" and pressing USB on the screen.

 

When I plug anything into the USB port, the option to select 'USB' as an audio source remains disabled (grayed out, as some would say). It seems that I have no power at the port. I've checked all related fuses and I've narrowed it down to a bad/disconnected port. Bringing the truck in Friday AM as it's still under warranty.
