2015 Fender tags asap?

I'm looking at a 2015 Tacoma and the front fender doesn't have tags on it when you pop the hood. My 2008 has them. Did they get rid of them or is my suspicion correct on it may of had damage?. Thanks on test drive now

 

Not that it will be up to date but can you get a Carfax report?

 

No car fax report some other report that is clean

 

Where would the stickers be? I'll go pop my hood

 

I looked on mine. Do not see any.

Maybe look at another one on the lot. Where exactly would they be? Maybe I overlooked them.

Thanks, I did look at another one and it didn't have them either. Parents exploder doesn't have them either.
Did not trade my 08 sport for it because just didn't have a good feeling about it. (Black 2015 TRD Offroad doublecab 10k miles). Plus numbers didn't meet what I was looking for even though it was a nice truck.
