2015 Formula 1 Season Paddock

Was the after race footage not shown on NBC or did you just miss it ?

 

I don't see that happening

 

Must have missed that part.

 

I'm just curious if there is a difference in the NBC and TSN / BBC broadcasts after the race ends as far as the world feed goes

 

I am guilty of switching channels back and forth, between NBC and Fox, watching the Bucs snatch defeat from the Redskins at the last minute. I did see the finish of both the race and the game. (and also the Nascar fiasco at Talledaga)

 

I saw it on nbc.

I'm not gonna lie, that race was miserable. Kimi out with wall hit and it was cold and windy as hell. Good time but only the diehards probably enjoyed it out there.

 

Felt bad for the fans over the whole weekend but the race itself was awesome on tv at least

 

The race was awesome. Even while cold and wet. Kimi fighting Max and the battle at the front was incredible. So many retirements, and turn 12 was perfect to see really good fights. It was awesome. Wife is a popsicle though. We are eating BBQ and heading back up to Dallas now. I got a cool hat.

 

But I don't think I've ever paid so much $ to be so uncomfortable, lol. I hope Bernie buys something nice with my money. And next year I'm packing waders, snow pants, shorts, a swimsuit and a raft. Just to cover all the bases. Freaking Texas weather.

 

Nothing like being there in person....I am jealous. At least it was one of the best races of the season, even if it was miserable for the spectators. Actually I would have liked to watch in comfort from home with wetter conditions. Separates the men from the boys, but I wouldn't wish that on fans spending that much on tickets. Hope your Texas BBQ was good.

 

How much were your tickets ?

 

Trip was kinda last minute, so my Sat tix were about $135 a pop, might actually be able to get partial refund because of qual delays. I think the Sun tix were $100 a pop, got those earlier. But when you add food/beer/swag it's obviously much higher.

 

Oh , thats reasonable , were you in the stands or general admission ?

The weekend pass Grandstand 1 tickets for my wife and I in Montreal are $1200

 

Grandstands on Sat (sooo close to being under some cover...) and turn 12 on Sun
