Ignore the cow manure from previous owner.

Anyone have an idea how the cup holder panel in my 6-speed console comes off the console without taking the console off the floor? I'm thinking a nice sculpted black walnut one instead of the scratched faux-chrome one (that's the woodworker in me speaking).
