    And he did that at Mississippi State. Historically the worst school at football in the SEC. Statistically worse than Vandy and Kentucky. Less talent around him than any of those other players. He's one of the greatest in SEC history.

    So, it seems as though Alabama finally has a young enough team to not lose 10+ guys to grad or NFL, and now we are probably going to lose 3 coaches/coordinators... Ouch.

    Yes, but it demanded the likes of Kirby Smart, of which I am really only concerned about. I'd love to have McElwain back as the OC.

    I'm sure there are plenty of good recruiters out there that can replace Cristobal, but he DID just win the award for Recruiter of the Year.

    Kiffin gone is really no biggie. He hasn't done THAT much really, besides getting Sims to play out of his mind.

    Defense though....Kirby has had that shit on LOCK. He'll be the hardest to replace quickly.

    I think from here on out, we need to start listing best QB's by type. This will eliminate a lot of the BS that comes with listing.
