    Good point

There'd have to be a national expectation of winning in order to fall flat on your face

    :)

Just playing...I honestly expect the chickens to give us a tough game...especially if we make it to Williams Brice undefeated

Clemson losing this weekend would 100% be considered clemsoning.

And if FSU loses this weekend, I don't mind rooting for Clemson to win a natty, that just means more money for Florida State.

    So many games Saturday.

I'm making some white beans and andouille tomorrow night so it can marinate.
Waking up at 6 Saturday to smoke a pork butt
    Boudin stuffed jalapeños
Gator sausage because my Florida friend John loves to choke it down....

    CANNAH WAIT. I LOVE NOVEMBER.

I just realized clemson is located in south carolina. Kinda hard to tell where some schools are from, like Northwestern, Notre dame, auburn, stanford, etc...

Disagree for all the reasons listed before. But hey that's what makes this whole discussion thing interesting. Heard a radio host say today that if FSU crosses the 50 yard line, give them 6 points and they still wouldn't beat Clemson. Now that's a bold statement. Bad part was that he's not a clemson guy at all. Got my fingers crossed for a game like Miami lol

I guess we can all define Clemsoning however we wish.

Clemson, having a history of falling short of expectations over and over and over, would (in my opinion) "clemson" this weekend if they lost to their opponent - any opponent - the very same week they were held up as the top team in the nation.

From way back when I first became a fan in the Bowden era Clemsoning was to be ranked or highly favored and fail miserably. It won't happen either way because that era is long gone. Anyone watching Clemson play college football in the past 4-5 years would see that's the case. I'm assuming you're a Bama fan, is it supposed to monsoon for your game this weekend as well? They've lowered ours to a slight rain instead of a hurricane but I still hate the rain for football.

Not headed to the game, but the current forecast is 51% chance of rain (where do they come up with that?) and 92% humidity. Sounds lovely, doesn't it?

    Sounds like the southeast lol
I tailgate every game and watch it at my tailgate with Tv / generator and if it rains it ruins everything because water and electronics don't pair well.

That's why I turned down free tickets for tomorrow. That, and I don't want to be there when we lose to UK

I honestly can't say it would. My gut tells me that the President loves him and wants to stick with him. I saw the article that said our AD wanted Richt out last year but the president said no. So I'm expecting Pruitt to go at the end of the season if not sooner. Pruitt is the only one with any balls as far as I can tell though.

But if Richts track record indicates anything he will win just enough to have a decent record to finish the year so everyone will back him still.

Supposedly Schotty is gone after the year too.

Wasn't sure what to think about Shotty. But just feel that the university wants Richt around and will clean house to stabilize things. If this happens I'm afraid I'll lose my passion for UGA football. Don't take that as not being a fan, just less passionate about it. Kinda funny that I grew up that way for the Falcons then grew tired of the mediocre years and got that way with them. Now finally with what I'm seeing with Quin, I think they'll be a legit team in due time. So I'm getting back into the pro game more now.

I don't mean to be a fair weather fan but after so many years and the big wigs show that they don't care to make the moves needed it just get old. As it did with the Falcons for so long.

When I start butching about them my wife says to find another team. I can't do that, I'm a Dawg for life, just doesn't mean I'll always have the passion behind it and wouldn't if I did pull for another team.

Oh and on the radio they were saying something about a new contract for Richt that he has yet to sign? WTF?
