You have 33's, skids, and sliders. Thats all you really need. Just go with someone who knows the trail ( and has a winch :D ) .

Lockers and 35's make it easier, but its still doable without. Take it easy, and don't be afraid to ask for a spot.

What you mean 'we' kemo-sabe? :D

Hey, I'm still running 31's on my current rig. I'd like a much beefier bumper in the rear to take on the Rubicon. I may be able to get to the slabs, with some spotting though, but the rocks just past the gate-keeper seem bigger now. I already have some trail damage (from a Signal Peak run) that would have been avoided with one of those 'wrap-around' rear bumpers.

This spring, I'm thinking of checking out the Wentworth springs access and see how far I could get. I usually don't camp anymore, though, just do day trips.

Oh sweet! I was around the truckee area by boca reservoir and it leads into Verdi Nevada . Tons of Forrest roads. If I'm off next Thursday we can head back up where I was if you want. I thought you were off today until I saw the date I was confused

Rad pics! I'm going to be up in Tahoe this weekend, south lake though. Any fun trails like that near South Lake? Since the snow is crappy, I'd rather go do some exploring than drop $$ on lift tickets for slushy poo snow.
