2015 Off Road Double Cab

I am very ignorant when it comes to knowing exactly what I need. I am looking to put something around 32"-33" tires with 16/17" wheels
on my Tacoma and just aren't sure exactly what all is needed.
I would like for the tires to be flush or just a little outside of fenders. Nothing crazy.
I don't want to go the cheap route so can anyone please help me in finding what I need. Please paste links to everything I would need. Different setups recommended so I can choose what will work best for me.
