Disregard another thread was just posted with same question :)

Has anyone upgraded there seats to make them more comfortable ? All I have seen is covers. Does anyone make a cover with padding added, Has anyone had an upholstery shop change there factory padding and last option would be complete new seat from another model or aftermarket, thanks.

What do you find uncomfortable about the seat? The TRD seats are usually well liked. There is the SR5 seat with less bolstering. If it is the reclined car like angle you might check out the rear seat risers, which make it more 'truck like':

Mostly the but area and the back, the padding is way to stiff. They are bay far the most uncomfortable seats of any car I have owned and I have went through a lot of toys :) I am 51 and have degenerative disk disease in my back and severe fibromynalgia. short trips are fine but anything over 15-20 minutes starts bothering me. I might see if my local upholstery shop can add 1/2" to the butt and back with stock cover. The lumbar doesn't arch enough either.
